Long serving member of the Energy Institute's (formerly the Institute of Petroleum) Oil Loss Control Committee. Associate Member of the Nautical Institute. Joined the firm in 1983, following an early career as a tanker officer. Marine & Ports - Sinking Container Ship

The CWA Marine & Ports Group provides consultancy and surveying services over a wide range of applications. Our marine work is accomplished through a register of experienced professionals including master mariners, marine, civil and port development engineers and marine environmental specialists. The core work of the group is centred on the investigation of marine casualties, ship and cargo damage incidents and the analysis of claims. The group also performs project work involving navigational risk and environmental impact studies, berth design and related port development projects, including dredging, towage, oil pollution clean-up and other port services.
