1999 to date	Independent Consulting Engineer

1997-1999	Gunawan Iron & Steel, Malaysia - Operations Director BF/BOS/Continuous Casting Plant and Plate Mill. Development of recruitment and raining strategies, development of process strategy and cost structure, finalisation of equipment/process design, establishment of environmental policy in conjunction with Malaysian authorities, performance and product development.

1970-1997	British Steel - Manager, Special Projects, Teesside Managed the Technical Development programme with Nippon Steel Corporation. Collation and analysis of Iron and Steelmaking data worldwide for database development.
