Current Position at CWA Alf Hattrell has worked with CWA since 1988 as a Specialist Consultant in the field of all shipboard and tanker operations, oil loss investigations, draft surveys and marine consultancy. |

| 1988 to present | Since 1988, Alf has been self-employed as a Marine Surveyor, specialising in all aspects of shipboard measurement procedure, draft survey, oil loss control and oil loss investigations. This work utilises the fifteen years operational experience gained on a wide range of vessels, and the subsequent six years experience attached to major oil inspection companies attending vessels and oil terminals world-wide, and monitoring inspection reports from a world-wide inspection network. | 1984 - 1988 | Appointed Operations Manager of Watson Gray International at
the UK Head Office. Responsible for co-ordinating the Company's oil inspection operations
world-wide ensuring that client's requirements were adhered to. Responsible for
development of a computer program to produce crude oil inspection reports from the Sullom
Voe Terminal, using an Apple IIE PC, to expedite the reporting function.
Subsequently responsible for establishing and developing the Company's marine and oil loss control activities and transferred to a position of Marine Services Manager. This led to extensive travel attending vessels at many oil ports throughout USA, Europe, Mediterranean, Middle East and Far East for Oil Companies, Oil Traders and Ship Owners in order to identify and reduce oil losses. Responsible for recruiting and training additional staff and monitoring reporting standards to fulfil client's requirements. |
| 1983 - 1984 | Cargo and Marine Surveyor with Watson Gray (Saudi Arabia) based in Ras Tanura and involved with loading of crude oil, LPG, products and petrochemicals with regard to quantity and quality and general marine and draft survey work at Ras Tanura, Jubail and Dammam ports. |

During this period attended three 'new buildings' in Japanese shipyards through latter stages of construction and sea trials prior to delivery to Owners. Promoted to the rank of Chief Officer in 1973. |
