Dr David Tomi – Managing Director
Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. Member of the Institute of Marine Engineers. Founder Director of CWA, with expertise in the oil and allied hydrocarbon based industries,including associated marine and terminal facilities. Possesses over 30 years experience in the implementation and management of risk analysis, safety and environmental studies over a very wide range of applications and has led numerous major assignments internationally. Background
