CWA Business Celebrates 30 Years
2008 marks the 30th Anniversary of CWA International.

Management Buyout
A management team comprising of long serving directors Anthony Severn, David Jones and Daan Matheussen, completed a buyout of the firm in December 2007. David Tomi, the Managing Director, who ran the business for 30 years remains a director and a full member of the board.

The Gard Newsletter (Issue 199) Includes Article by David Jones
"Clean after green - Tank cleaning after biofuel cargoes: latest industry guidelines" an article by David Jones of CWA International was included in the Gard Newsletter Issue 199 (available here). The article refers to the 2009 Energy Institute first edition Guidelines for the Cleaning of Tanks, and discusses issues surrounding Biofuel cargoes. David Jones's CV is available online here.

The Steamship Mutual Newsletter Includes Article by David Walker
"Risks in Carriage of Food Cargoes" an article by David Walker of CWA International was included in the Steamship Mutual Sea Venture newsletter Issue 10 (available here). The article describes the inherent risks involved in the carriage of perishable food produce and the precautions which can be taken to avoid or minimise them.
