CWA Oil, Gas & Chemicals department has its origins dating from the founding of the company in 1978. This highly experienced group of petrochemists, oil surveyors and ex-tanker officers is complemented by technical specialists in the hydrocarbon processing industries and oil trading. The group provides a comprehensive service on all types of claims and incident investigations within the oil industry sector.
Much of the work is involved with contamination and other quality issues, oil loss investigations and operational audits of marine tankers, gas carriers, oil storage terminals and refinery plant. The group is also engaged in risk, safety and environmental projects.
