Food Scientist (Postgraduate)
We are an established team of consulting experts with a track record exceeding 30 years of providing scientific technical advice in the context of international shipping and the allied commodity trade.
The position involves putting your knowledge to practical use in the investigation of the cause of loss and damage to consignments of food. You will be called on to address matters of causation, mitigation and prevention of loss - worldwide.
The successful applicant will benefit from initial training and mentoring. The position is full time and based in central London. Flexibility to travel internationally at short notice is required (up to 10 weeks/yr). Competitive salary to match experience with the benefit of an established productivity bonus scheme.
